Community Pantry is a non-profit, self-help supplemental food program for low income families in San Benito County. We also help those families who have come upon hard times and simply need a temporary bridge.
When Community Pantry began, we were able to serve 35 families. 19 years later, we serve over 1,600 bags of food weekly to more than a 4,000 people which means we provide the ability to serve 90,000 meals per month. We can accomplish this through support from community donations, grants and volunteers.
